We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call the spa during business hours to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the full service value or 100% of the full service value if you cancel within five hours of your scheduled appointment time or do not show up.
For spa parties and large group events, we have a 72 hour policy. For holiday bookings, we have a 48 hour policy.
We kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. Thank you!
